In order to better realize the personal privacy rights of users, we provide the function of "delete account" in the application, and users can find the entrance to delete personal information (account) through the following path:

When a user deletes personal information (account), we will delete the information submitted by the user through the application, as well as device information and log file information, including the following categories:

Register account information: Includes email address, phone number, username, and login credentials, as well as nickname, country code, language preference, or time zone information in the account.
User feedback: including email address, mobile phone number.
Mobile device information: Includes mobile device information, including mobile device model, login IP address, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, application version number, push notification identifier, log file and mobile network information, software version number, mobile application and other software information, and application installation list of the application.
Smart device Basic information: Smart device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version, and upgrade information.
Information collected during the connection of the smart device: Depending on the type of smart device that the user needs to connect to, whether it is via Wi-Fi connection, via Wi-Fi after establishing a local connection via Bluetooth, via Bluetooth connection or via Zig-bee, we collect the Mac address of the smart device.

When a user deletes personal information (account), we will retain the following information to ensure that it cannot be associated with the user's identity, and perform automatic deletion regularly according to the information retention period (please determine your own retention period), which includes the following categories:

In the content of user feedback, if there are pictures or videos voluntarily submitted by users, or problem logs submitted by users, we retain them for further analysis of problems and to find the best solution. When users apply for deletion of personal information (account), we will retain them according to a 3-year retention period (please confirm by customers themselves);
Log information: System and exception logs will be uploaded for analysis, including IP address, customary language, version of operating system, date or time of access, so that we can accurately identify problems and help users solve problems in the use of the service, and will be deleted after 7 days (please confirm by the customer);
The information reported by the smart device: for example, the video will be deleted when the user's purchase time expires (if so, please confirm by the customer).
